Customer Reminders
In order to hinder identity theft occurrences, First
Bank wants to remind customers of the following:
Do not write down or share your PIN/password
Do not pick a PIN/password that can be easily guessed
(i.e., birth date, pet or family member name, etc.)
Voluntarily change your PIN/password if the system
does not require periodic changing
Do not save logon information on computers (i.e.
Internet banking)
Never give out credit/debit card numbers, PINs,
passwords, or other personal information over the phone unless
the
customer has
a trusted
business relationship
with the company and the customer initiates
the call
Shred credit card applications, loan applications
and cancelled checks before discarding them in the trash

and we will inform you of changes as required by law.
