A routing number is a 9 digit code used in the United States to identify your financial institution. Community First Banks routing number is 125108463. You can find this number at the bottom of the webpage as well as in the lower left corner of your checks.

You can also reset your password over the app by selecting the “Forgot Password” link under the login portion. Either option will e-mail you a new temporary password. When traveling domestically or internationally it is always best to advise the financial institutions that issue your credit and debit cards you will be using during your trip. To ensure your trip goes smoothly please contact your branch who has your account and provide them with your travel information including, destination, planned purchases, use of airlines or rental cars, and the dates that you are traveling. This will ensure your debit card transactions are accepted seamlessly.

Please visit one of our branches, where we’ll assist you with the transaction. Please bring the beneficiaries account information and wire instructions with you.

Call the bank immediately. Any one of our employees will assist you or direct you to the correct person. As most fraud reporting requires our client to sign a document, you will likely need to come into a branch where one of our employees can assist you in filling out the appropriate paperwork.

If you would like to have your payroll funds directly deposited into your account, please contact your employer to see if they offer this service. If you are an employer who would like to offer this service to your employees, please reach out to one of our Personal Bankers (located at every branch) to assist you. If you are a Quickbooks user, ask about Direct Connect.
